- No Cancellation: Please note that we do not accept any cancellations for the booked activity. Once the reservation is made, it is non-refundable.
- Transfer of Ticket: While cancellations are not allowed, we do understand that unexpected situations may arise, and plans may change. In such cases, we offer the option to transfer the ticket to another person. This allows you to give the opportunity to someone else to experience the activity in your place.
- Transfer Process: To transfer your ticket, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity date. The new participant taking your place must meet any specific requirements or conditions related to the activity. Please provide us with the full name and contact information of the person who will attend the activity on your behalf.
- Transfer Limitations: Please be aware that ticket transfers are subject to availability and may be subject to approval. Additionally, ticket transfers are limited to a one-time transfer per booking. Once the ticket has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
