About Aerial Fitness: Aerial Fitness is an innovative and captivating form of exercise that utilizes aerial apparatuses such as aerial silks and aerial hammocks (slings) to sculpt and tone your body. What to Bring: Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Avoid loose clothing that may get tangled in the apparatus. You can practice barefoot or wear socks for certain activities. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the class.
NOTE: Please do not eat for at least an hour (preferably two hours) prior to class, as being upside down or swinging might cause an upset stomach. Do not wear jewelry, watches or zippered clothing.
