Vita-Mix

Many products claim to make life a little easier however few seem to deliver. Such is not the case with the Vita-Mix.

Our family bought a Vita-Mix about two years ago; today it is still one of the most used appliances in our kitchen. The vita mix made a big change in the nutritional value of our daily meals. The reason for this is simply that the vita mix makes it much easier and much quicker to eat good nutritional food. I mean, let’s face it, this is a busy life we all lead these days and convenience and speed are what seem to drive the American diet. With our vita mix we throw together a completely raw food soup (unless we put in precooked meat) in about 15mins., feeding a family of three for about three dollars, and that doesn’t count the left over soup we take for lunch  the next day.

Of course the vita mix does a lot more than make soup. We use ours every day for things such as smoothies, sorbets, hot chocolate, soup, deserts, toppings, sauces and the list goes on. We even make our dogs food with it.

Vita-Mix includes a ton of recipes, and once you get going it is very easy to come up with some of your own.

The price seams a little high at first, however it is well worth it, when weighed against the time it saved us and the healthy returns it gave our family.
